Goes without saying that the CS Week 2017 is an unrivaled event in the industry as it is the premier annual customer service conference serving electric, gas and water/wastewater utility professionals across North America and around the world. It provides learning and networking opportunities with respect to the utility customer ecosystem.
A key highlight of the CS Week is the concurrent Synergy Sessions which provide a knowledge sharing platform in a closed user group which includes utility executives, application vendors and service providers.
As a Platinum sponsor at CS Week, Smart Energy Water (SEW) is also hosting Synergy Sessions on May 22, 2017 from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm at Room 203A in Fort Worth Convention Center (Event Venue).
Through these sessions, we want to connect with the industry stakeholders and share our transformation stories, global experiences, best practices and use cases. Our executive team – industry experts with vast experience and knowledge about the utility industry will explain about how utilities can position and differentiate themselves as “Service Provider” instead of “Electric/ Water Utility Provider” through effective customer engagement.
We will be covering wide array of topics that will help the audience gauge the impact of technology beyond their modernization efforts and digitalization journey, to achieving energy and water sustainability. The sessions have been structured and designed in a way that they deliver value to the entire ecosystem of utility stakeholders and focus on end-to-end customer experience lifecycle.
The session starts with a welcome address by our Founder, Chairman & CEO – Deepak Garg, where he shares his vision and how we have been partner to our utility clients in their transformational journey. The audience can expect insights on how they can not only achieve operational excellence and maximize profitability by leveraging technology, but can redefine their entire business model around customer-centricity and yet meet their sustainability goals.
Next session will be hosted by Brad Adamske, Vice President of Sales – Water Solutions at SUS, where he will throw light on how Cloud, Mobility & IOT are Changing the Paradigm of Utility-Customer Relationship. In another of his sessions, Brad will then talk about how utilities can improve digital customer service through mobile customer engagement.
This will be followed by a session by one of our esteemed clients together with Lance Brown, Vice President of Customer Service Solutions. They will share a use case of how the utility has transformed their relationship with end-consumers through effective Digital Customer Engagement; their success story and self-service journey with SCM & SAP MCF for Utilities. Lance will also take another session on how utilities can deliver value and empower their low income consumers through digital & mobile engagement.
Next, our Chief Strategy Officer, Harman Sandhu will share his thoughts on the Role Of Customer Data Analytics In Operational Efficiencies And A Sustainable Future. He will take the audience through compelling cases of how collaborative technologies, new services and data analytics can help utilities simplify their operations, reduce costs and enable better customer service. The second session by Harman will focus on a five-point framework that utilities can implement to stay compliant with TCPA & NERC /CIP while offering notification services for their customers.
